Company History
The company was formed after many years of subcontracting to the industries big players providing an excellent service nationwide installing 1000s of systems and projects, it was eventually decided that the time was right to get together and offer the same service to the end user, we already knew that many end users were aware that other companies were not providing responsive installation and repair services.
FAS was to fill the gap in the market within the repair and servicing of perimeter security and access control equipment, initially we wanted to provide a reliable service which we did very quickly, and moved on to supplying and installing equipment, We then moved into manufacturing our own equipment as our manufactures were letting us down on delivery dates, we have been lucky enough to be able to source the fantastic personnel to help the company grow and expand our manufacturing facility at such a great pace.
We respond to call outs and will be on site within 24 hrs to carryout any work necessary to bring equipment back in to service
We are normally able to get to breakdowns the same day depending on the call out time and the location of the site and have pride in ourselves that we get to the site the same day, however if we get the call late usually after 4.30 it is not always possible to get to site until the following morning as engineers may be out on site on new installations or other breakdowns.
We believe our service to be above the standards expected from users and operaters of security equipment. preventing problems with CCTV systems, industrial doors, high speed doors, parking barrier systems, road blockers, hydraulic posts, pay and display machines, gates, turnstiles and door access systems.
We are a quality "one stop shop" for all new equipment and keep a vast amount of spare parts for most systems on the market, We provide a complete design service supported by fully trained staff with years of experience, The girls in the office know exactly what the customer wants and can provide a wealth of information regarding equipment, and take the initial calls from new and existing customers.
We have Engineers working from Head office and Engineers based around manchester, Lancashire and south of London to handle the workload in the North and South. Most engineers on the road have a vast amount of tools and equipment to service most systems with the exception to specialist lifting equipment and access plant.
Generally we only hire Sizzor Lifts and Cherry pickers as we own a wide range of plant and equipment which also enables us to provide a quick turn around and get to site with the necessary plant required to complete the job.
