April 2010
FAS Completed a large access control system in Telford, the system comprised of many access controled doors and other facilites on site to provide maximum security for our customer we used Paxton Net2 based equipment linked to automatic sliding gate and traffic control barriers the gate used our new Inverter drive system, the fully programable speed controlled sliding gate operator, and Two of our high quality premium traffic control barriers.
Fas is to supply, install and commision gate automation equipment to 6 sets of high quality gates in London for new housing development
Fas has been awarded a fantastic order for a sony site in the south after hard work from the office specifying and quoting equipment for the site

We have all been extreamly busy at FAS with new projects and installations being carried out
Due to increased demand in our products we have moved to larger premises increasing our building to over 3000sq ft.
We completed another installation in south wales for Sony, supplying and installing 8mtr automatic barriers with full height aluminium skirts and 3mtr barriers with half height skirts at the main gate house, we also incorporated flashing lights and sounders for additional awarness of the system.

The move from the old premises to the larger one went remarkably well considering our work load and the holiday season, we are now up and running from the new offices with additional telephone lines and a new telephone sytem to provide better communications in and out of the office

We managed to complete yet another large barrier system with 2 off 8mtr barriers with full height aluminium skirts for a company in South Wales, with additional work to an existing sliding gates which safety devices installing to bring their gates upto current safety legislations.
We have installed several gate systems in London with electric locking facilities and access controls to increase security on gated community sites

We have just completed the manufacture of a large solid panelled automatic sliding 7,mtr Long and 3,mtr high with a matching high security pedestrian gate for a site in east London please see gate photo three

After many months of hard work for all members of staff, we have been approved for Safe Contractor and CHAS accreditation.

We have been extreamly busy at FAS for the last few months manufacturing several gate systems and installing perimetter security products throughout the country which has had a dramatic impact on the news page updates
Fas recieved another order for our cantilever sliding gate along with the roundworls and cabling for a new School in Much Wenlock
