Company History
We started the company after years of subcontracting to the industries big players providing an excellent service nationwide installing 1000s of systens and projects, it was decided after many months that the time was right to offer the same service to the end user, we were already aware that other companies were not providing a quick and reliable service.
FAS was to fill the gap in the market within the repair and servicing of all perimeter security and access control equipment, initially we wanted to provide a better service which we did very quickly, and moved on to supplying and installing equipment, now we how moved into manufacturing our own equipment from the drawing board to commisioning on site, we have been lucky enough to be able to source the correct type of personel at the right time helping us expand at such a great pace.
We can respond to call outs and will be on site within 24 hrs to carryout any work necessary to bring equipment back in to service
We are normally able to get to breakdowns the same day depending on the call out time and the location of the site and have pride in ourselves that we get to the site the same day, if we get called out in the morning of any working day we usually get to site the same day, however if we get the call late in the afternoon usualy after 4.30 it is not always possible to get to site untill the following morning as engineers may be out on site on new installations or other breakdowns.
We believe our service to be above the standards expected from users and operaters of security equipment. preventing problems with CCTV systems, industrial doors, high speed doors, parking barrier systems, road blockers, hydraulic posts, pay and display machines, gates, turnstiles and door access systems.
We are a quality "one stop shop" for all new equipment and keep a vast amount of spare parts for most systems on the market, We provide a complete design service supported by fully trained staff with years of experience, The girls in the office know exactly what the customer wants and can provide a wealth of information regarding equipment, and take the initial calls from new and existing customers.
We have Engineers working from Head office and Engineers based around manchester and Lancashire to handle the workload North of Stoke, all engineers on the road have a vast amount of tools and equipment to service most systems however some time we have to hire in specialist lifting equipment and cherry pickers enabling us to service cameras and very high doors.
Generally we dont hire plant as we own a wide range of plant and equipment to assist with the quick turn around that you would expect.
